Our flat rates have no hidden fees. We also are fully insured, provide free retouched images, include digital copies of full resolution images with unlimited usage rights for print and digital marketing purposes and we provide 30 days of 24x7 online proof-viewing.

We have a few different headshot investment options:

For individuals:

• KICKOFF SESSION - Individual Studio Session ($125) - Includes a 20 minute mini session in our studio for one person in one outfit, White backdrop, 2 downloadable full res digital files of your choice (retouching included if desired). Headshots portraits, Online proofing gallery for 30 days, 15 poses to choose from

  • EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON: $125

• Portfolio Headshot Studio Session ($300) - Includes up to 60 minutes of shooting time in our studio for one person. Choice of white, soft grey, black or multi-tone neutral backdrop. Includes up to 30 downloadable full res digital files of your choice. Wear up to 4 outfits. Light blemish retouching for up to 3 images is included. Additional images can be retouched for extra $10/each.

• Branding Session ($500) - Includes up to 120 minutes of shooting time at a location of your choice in Fort Wayne (in our studio, outdoors, at your office, etc.) for one person. Time can be divided up into two different sessions/dates if desired. Includes up to 40 downloadable full res digital files of your choice. Wear up to 4 outfits. Light blemish retouching for up to 6 images is included. Additional images can be retouched for extra $10/each.

• Individual On-Location Session ($250) - Includes a 60 minute session for one person at one location in Fort Wayne and 6 downloadable full res digital files of your choice (retouching included if desired). These are typically either in your home office, a location that physically represents your line of work, or at your actual place of business - and yes, we can either set up studio lighting and a backdrop in your space OR we can take environmental headshots (not on a backdrop, but instead we capture you in your own office environment). For locations outside of our immediate service area of Fort Wayne, Indiana, please contact us to request pricing.

• Individual + Family On-Location Session ($495) - Includes a total of 60 minutes for a session to include primarily their headshots but also photos of them with their family at two locations within Fort Wayne. Includes 24 downloadable full res digital files of your choice (retouching included if desired). These are typically either in your home office, a location that physically represents your line of work, or at your actual place of business - and yes, we can either set up studio lighting and a backdrop in your space OR we can take environmental headshots (not on a backdrop, but instead we capture you in your own office environment). For locations outside of our immediate service area of Fort Wayne, Indiana, please contact us to request pricing (travel costs will be incurred if outside Fort Wayne).

For groups:

• Group On-Location Mini Session ($500) - Includes a 60 minute session for up to 5 people at one location in Fort Wayne. Additional people can be included for $50 additional per person. All photos are taken utilizing environmental backgrounds (in your place of business or at a typical meeting spot) and can include a combination of both individual headshots and group photos. Each person photographed will receive 2 mastered downloadable full res digital files (retouching included if desired). 5+ group photos will be provided also as mastered downloadable full res digital files (retouching included if desired). 

• Group Studio Session ($750) - Includes a 60 minute session in our Shadowlands studio for up to 3 people, Choice of white, soft grey, black or multi-tone neutral backdrop, 1 mastered downloadable full res digital file of your choice (retouching included if desired)

• Group On-Location Session ($1,200) - Includes a 4 hour session for up to 8 people at one location in Fort Wayne, Choice of studio backdrop or environmental headshots, 2 mastered downloadable full res digital files per person (retouching included if desired), and additional shots taken on site. These are typically either in your home office or at your place of business - and yes, we can either set up studio lighting and a backdrop in your space OR we can take environmental headshots (not on a backdrop, but instead we capture you in your own office environment). If studio backdrop option is desired, your team has a choice of a white, soft grey, black or multi-tone neutral backdrop. After the session, digital files can be instantly downloaded from the proofing site. Prints and other physical products take approximately 5 business days for shipment delivery. Contact us with any questions prior to booking.
