We provide the in-house studio headshots for Parkview Health. Headshot session times must be scheduled through the Parkview Onboarding booking portal at https://calendly.com/shadowlandsphotography/parkview-headshot-portraits. We include retouching and 7 days of online proof-viewing. Prints and other physical products take approximately 5 business days for shipment delivery.

FAQs:

Yes - RUSH TURNAROUNDS of less than 24 hours can be ordered. A rush turnaround for a Parkview Health Headshot Studio Session (less than 24 hours) is a flat fee of $45.

Yes - MINOR RETOUCHING can be requested for skin, hair, teeth and/or clothing. One round of minor retouching is included complimentary and includes (but is not limited to):

• Minimize blemishes/shine/scars/moles/razor burn

• Remove a few stray pet hairs from clothing

• Remove dandruff from a shoulder and/or a minor stain

• Minimize flyaway hairs

• Whitening/brightening teeth

Yes - MAJOR RETOUCHING can be requested for skin, hair, teeth and/or clothing. Major retouching is $60 per hour and requires non-standard/deep editing in photoshop work such as (but is not limited to):

• Smoothing out saggy skin

• Removing clothing wrinkles

• Lifting a droopy eye to match the other eye

• Filling in bald scalp areas with hair

• Creating a tooth where one is missing

• Straightening a tooth

• Changing the color of one specific tooth

• Removing grey hairs

When your submitted retouching requests fall into the MAJOR retouching category:

1. Work for major retouching will begin being completed AFTER the retouching fee of $60 per hour is paid in full.

2. Major retouching is an expense billed to you directly (this is NOT covered by Parkview) at a rate of $60 per hour.

3. You will be emailed a quote prior to us starting or completing any major retouching work.  Again, you are responsible for paying the fee prior to major retouching work being begun or completed.

If you would like more than one round of minor retouching completed, it can be done for an expense billed to you personally at a rate of $60 per hour.  You will be quoted a price prior to us completing any extra retouching work and you are responsible for paying the fee prior to us beginning the work.

YES - all retouching requests get completed PRIOR to submitting your final image(s) to Parkview's marketing team.

And YES you will be able to review the retouching (whether minor or major) prior to us releasing your image(s) to Parkview Marketing.  You will receive an email notification that your retouching (either minor or major) is ready to view prior to the image being submitted to Parkview's marketing team.
