We provide the in-house studio headshots for Parkview Health. Headshot session times must be scheduled through the Parkview Onboarding booking portal at https://calendly.com/shadowlandsphotography/parkview-headshot-portraits. We include retouching and 7 days of online proof-viewing. Prints and other physical products take approximately 5 business days for shipment delivery.

Yes - RUSH TURNAROUNDS of less than 24 hours can be ordered.

Yes - MINOR RETOUCHING is complimentary and can be requested after a photo shoot. If additional rounds of minor retouching and/or MAJOR Retouching is requested, that can be purchased for a fee (a quote will be provided first).

YES - all retouching requests get completed PRIOR to submitting your final image(s) to Parkview's marketing team. And YES you will be able to review the retouching (whether minor or major) prior to us releasing your image(s) to Parkview Marketing.  You will receive an email notification that your retouching (either minor or major) is ready to view prior to the image being submitted to Parkview's marketing team.

NOTE: there is a fee charged for no-shows, late arrivals/reschedules/cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of the booked session. A session is considered no-show for arrivals 9+ minutes later than appt.
